SPECS REQUIREMENT

Hardware:

Laptop and desktop only.
The experience will not work and is not recommended on tablets or mobile devices.
Chromebooks are not recommended as well due to graphic requirements.

Minimum System Requirements:

OS: Windows 10
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 10th Gen CPU (e.g i7-10750H) with 2.5 GHz or higher
Integrated or Dedicated GPU (Preferred) – Nvdia MX150 or higher
RAM: 6GB RAM or higher
Chrome Browser version: Google Chrome 75 or higher. Please do activate hardware acceleration.

Please do note that these are guidelines only. User systems may vary greatly due to browser-hardware security limiting the amount of hardware power the experience is allotted by the system.

As such, each user’s individual experience may vary greatly, especially during the video or 360 video sections. Unfortunately, technical difficulties faced by users due to personal limitations on bandwidth, WiFi and tech devices are not within our control and we will not be able to perform any troubleshooting.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Best Practices:

  • Turn off all Adblockers
  • Turn off VPN or exit incognito mode (do check if there are any error pop-ups or security messages)
  • Ensure that you are connected to a stable LAN internet connection and that the speed is above 50Mps (test your speed at speed.io)
  • Close all background programme apps for a smoother and faster load time
  • Should issue persist, clear cache, clear cookies and reboot computer
  • Once you’ve logged onto the experience, the show begins. You will not be able to pause. Please log in when you are ready to watch. The experience will take approximately 100 minutes.

If your videos lag:

  • Go to Settings on the Chrome browser
  • Scroll down to show Advance Settings
  • Scroll to the System section
  • Ensure “Use Hardware acceleration when available” is checked

STILL HAVING PROBLEMS?

Unfortunately we are not able to perform any troubleshooting as each user’s individual technical specification is different.

You may want to restart the experience to replay the game on a different set up.
